As a Sales Development Representative you will be in a sales role that is responsible for outbound account based marketing and inbound lead support. The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable talking on the phone to qualify prospects, set meetings for Managing Directors, nurture leads, and create relationships with potential customers.

Requirements of Sales Development Representative

  • ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business leads
  • Willingness to make numerous (50+) phone calls daily
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and via email
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • and/or user skills a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research
  • Ability to be in our Boston office daily

Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative

  • Lead management and proactive outbound prospecting including emailing and calling
  • Scheduling meetings between prospects and sales team
  • Responding to hits and chats on the Janeiro Digital web site
  • Generating appointments through personalized account based marketing (ABM) methods and assign to the appropriate sales person
  • Working with marketing to improve campaigns and lead value
  • Track and maintain customer contact and their records in our Salesforce
